Obtainment of permit for export / import of goods for processing is a service when the customs provide permits for goods' processsing. When temporary import / export is done by simplified procedures, the permits are not neccesarry. The decision whether simplified procedures could be used or there is a need for a permit is decided on case-by-case basis. Usually simplified procedures are used, however for continous, multiple imports or exports permits are required.
