On 1st of March 2018 Ad Rem Group started construction of a new warehouse in the territory of Klaipėda FEZ. Warehouse will include 6.000 sq. meters of useful floor area with office space for rent and will be built in the existing logistics center at Pramonės ave. 10. Upon completion of construction, the area of the logistics center will increase to 14.000 sq. meters. Construction is planned to be completed in December 2018. Project investments will amount to more than 3.7 million euro.
After this investment, the total storage area of AD REM Group will grow to more than 70.000 sq. meters. Of these, the warehouse space operated by AD REM LEZ in Klaipėda will reach 30.000 sq. meters.
